The Sniffer10G 1.x software enables sustained capture of 10-Gigabit Ethernet traffic.

The Sniffer10G 2.x software enables sustained capture with merging of 10-Gigabit Ethernet traffic. It also provides high-rate packet injection functionality.

Sniffer10G 2.x is a superset of Sniffer10G 1.x, so you will not need to make API changes to run on Sniffer10G 2.x.

Licensing terms are different for Sniffer10G 1.x and 2.x software. Thus, a Sniffer10G 1.x license is required for use of the Sniffer10G 1.x software, and a Sniffer10G 2.x license is required for use of the Sniffer10G 2.x software. Contact for details.
