The standard sales terms are:
- Shipping is FOB Origin (Arcadia CA USA).
- Payment is "Net 30 days" upon approved credit.
Myricom can also accept credit-card payment, which is billed at the time the products are shipped.
International sales and support are the same as domestic sales except that:
- Prepayment is normally required.
- Myricom employs shipping services such as UPS or DHL to handle the international-shipping logistics, including customs, duties, or taxes.
- Shipment to certain countries or organizations may be prohibited by U.S. law, or may require special certifications.
